The weekend began with dinner at a local pizza place…which means sharing a pitcher of beer. 🙂
Saturday, we decided to venture to Taco Bell and try the new Doritos Taco. My thoughts…eh…not bad…but nothing amazing. Just kind salty. I think I will keep my Doritos and tacos separate from now on.
Being that it was St Patrick’s Day and we had no sitter, we decided to have some friends over to just hang out after the kids had gone to bed. “Just hanging out” turned into drinking our way through a LOT of Yeunlging. 😉
Sunday after church, we all changed clothes and headed out of our bikes for a family bike ride at Three Creeks Metro Park. This is one of the things that I LOVE about living here. We have so many amazing Metro parks right near our house that makes it so easy to get away and out into nature for a bit. Perfect Spring Day!
Then…Sunday evening, the storms rolled in…and these were some MASSIVE storms! Tornado warnings, hail, wind, rain, lightning, and the craziest clouds I have ever seen. The boys were completely freaking out (as the thought of storms terrifies them) but I was enjoying it. I have never seen hail like this before!
